Project Description

This new outpatient clinic, developed in conjunction with our partner, Juliet Development, was completed on budget and turned over to the VA three weeks ahead of schedule. Constructed during the heart of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we were able to maintain both schedule and budget without facing any material shortages through our forward-projecting management system. Working both with our Architectural team and Prime Contractor, we created an environment focused on looking multiple steps in advance, via early material submittals and procurement, to ensure any potential material shortcomings were addressed far in advance. Open communication among team members permitted alternative product selections to occur while maintaining the standards established in the specifications.
