Project Description

This VA Outpatient Clinic in Victoria, TX began seeing patients in March of 2025. This project is currently on budget and tracking towards a substantial completion date more than two months ahead of schedule. Managing the expansive soils found throughout the south Texas area presented hurdles right out of the gate. But good communication with our Prime Contractor and open-minded opportunities for solutions from Leo A Daly, we found cost-effective ways to resolve these issues. Attention to the end users needs during DID meetings provided for an efficient and clean floor plan that works to service the needs of Veterans while providing an efficient work environment for the staff.
